Using TeamViewer to allow remote access to your Infocouncil system
And why it's necessary
by Infocouncil Team | Monday 15th April, 2024 | Features and Benefits
Recently some of our clients have advised that their use of the TeamViewer remote access software solution is no longer recommended/permitted. TeamViewer is currently accessible from within the Infocouncil platform and enables our support team to provide remote support. The screen sharing functionality is extremely useful to enable our team to jump on and fix an issue on the spot.
While we encourage our Governance readers to follow the advice of their IT department with regards to security, we are confident if best practice is followed in the configuration and maintenance of TeamViewer the platform remains a very useful tool.
How to Keep TeamViewer safe
