In an effort to improve our services we will be reaching out to clients in each region to have discussions on establishing a User Group.
Based on our research – including feedback gained whilst conducting our Best Practice Review analysis last year – we can see a need to improve our level of communication with you, our customers. From sales, implementation, daily support and beyond we have identified that feedback from you is what drives us forward and is necessary for us in order to purposefully direct our efforts.
We have decided that the first user group will be established with our New Zealand clients. Initial emails have been sent, advising about meetings which will be held in New Zealand on April 26th, 27th and 28th, 2023.
The meetings will be held in 3 cities combined with real-time online links to clients who may not be able to physically attend. Other regional user groups will be established during 2023 and each group will be linked and provided open communication capabilities and group discussion facilities on LinkedIn and our web site.
