Final Phase update

The last phase for release 1 is progressing well and the team has increased now to 4 full time Infocouncil team members and 6 Logicalis team members.
We have received 19 requests from councils for additional information on costs, security and other questions to date.
We will be contacting Councils who may be interested to becoming a Beta site next 4 to 6 weeks to discuss the process.
