We conduct a survey of councils that are new to Infocouncil to gauge how Infocouncil is being received. The following remarks were made by survey respondents.

I’m new to Council and new to Infocouncil and I’ve called so many times with simple queries and requests to change formatting and our templates. However, each time I call, the ladies (Shailey, Pam and Rose) are so helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating. They really do deserve to be acknowledged for their efforts, the invaluable advice and support they have given me. If they can’t fix it now, they happily create a ticket for the request. I can’t thank them enough.
